RULES & RESTRICTIONS

All HallowFest Tickets and Passes must be used during the 2022 Midwest HallowFest (October 7, 8, 9, 14,15 and 16)

PASSES CAN NOT BE SHARED, RESOLD OR GIVEN AWAY
There are NO REFUNDS/NO RAIN DATES for any reason
All HallowFest Rules as well as Legend Park Rules must be followed.
Violators will be subject to removal from property without a refund.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
There are minimum fees for credit card transactions.
 

Any person or group distributing printed discount coupons to an unaffiliated person or group will be banned from property. Any remaining tickets that they possess will be surrendered to Legend Park officials.
 

On rare occasion, an attraction may be closed due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. There are no reductions in ticket charges when that is the case.

Some attractions may be closed for inclement weather, technical issues, safety issues or other issues beyond our control. In such instance, there are no discounts or refunds for Combo Passes.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, from the premises without a refund.

All sales are final. There are NO Rain Dates, Cancellations or Refunds.  
 

WARNING:
Please Read Carefully BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS!
When entering dark attractions, you may very well experience extreme conditions including: loud audio, bright lighting, strobe lighting effects, extreme low lighting, fog and other effects produced by commercial fog machines. You could experience un-level walking areas, tight spaces, vibrating and moving floors, wet areas and overall physically demanding environments. You may also experience scares, sudden movement and/or screaming. Actors may touch, grab, hold or slime you. These attractions are considered “dark attractions” whether inside or outside. If you are pregnant, have back issues, suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have severe claustrophobia, have physical limitations, have respiratory issues or have any form of mental conditions... do not enter these attractions!    
 

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS OR ENTER THESE ATTRACTIONS IF:
You are intoxicated. You are taking medication or using drugs (prescribed or otherwise). You are wearing a cast, medical device, are using crutches or have other physical limitations. You suffer from Asthma, Seizures, Respiratory Disease. You have a Heart Condition. Basically, if you have concerns about any Mental or Physical Condition DO NOT ENTER THESE ATTRACTIONS
 

RULES THAT WE WILL STRICTLY ENFORCE
There are no guns, knives or other weapons of any type allowed on this property. That includes off-duty law enforcement professionals.

 
Smoking is in designated areas only. If you have questions about those areas ask a staff member.
If you are intoxicated you may be removed from the premises without a refund.

Anyone displaying illicit, or what we deem to be unacceptable behavior, including harassing staff and or other guests, will be removed from the premises without refund.

There is no photography or video recording permitted inside the indoor or outdoor attractions. You may however shoot photos outside of the attractions and there are several "Photo Ops Areas". All recording devices must be turned off prior to entering an attraction. If you are caught recording or taking photos, you agree to surrender recording devices (as part of your entry into the park) and we reserve the right to confiscate these devices.

There is no running, pushing or illicit behavior inside any attractions.

Do Not bring Food or Beverages on property. Only food and beverages purchased at Legend Park are allowed on the property. All other food and beverage should remain in your vehicle. Anyone bringing food and beverages into the park will be asked to leave without refund. 
Food and Beverages are not allowed inside attractions.
Alcoholic Beverages are restricted to defined areas within the Legend Park premises.

 

RIGHT AND RELEASE:
AS A CONDITION OF PURCHASING YOUR TICKET, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
You agree to give Singleton's Legend, LLC, dba Legend Park, your permission and grant them full rights to take pictures, video or audio recordings of you while on Legend Park property. You give Legend Park and its affiliates the sole right to use these images as they see fit, as part of your agreement when purchasing your ticket or upon admittance.

You understand and agree that you authorize Legend Park personnel to remove you from the property, without refund if any of stated rules are not followed. You agree there are NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS or RAIN CHECKS.

You further agree to enter this property and these attractions at YOUR OWN RISK! Ticket purchasers and holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation on this property and in these attractions.

 

IMPORTANT: 
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. In consideration and acceptance of entrance onto this property the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and volunteers from: any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location
