What are the dates and hours for the 2025 Season?
For the 2025 Season, Legend Park has developed a DATES & HOURS CALENDAR to make it easy for guests to find what they're looking for. See our Dates & Hours Calendar here.

Do you have specific times that you recommend guests visit the park?
Saturday nights (especially in October) are our busiest nights. If you plan to get through everything, the best thing to do is order your tickets online (click here) and attempt to arrive at the park between 6:30 and 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Sundays are typically the slowest evening; however, the park does close early on Sundays.

What is the first day and night the park opens?
For the 2025 Season, the Legend Park Fear Itself Show and the Singleton Wild West both open Friday, September 26th. The Ticket Office opens at 6:30 PM Eastern Time.

What time does the Ticket Office open?
The Legend Park Ticket Office opens approximately 6:30 PM Eastern Time. Often, the Ticket Office will open earlier if larger crowds are expected.

Can we come early?
We recommend arriving at the park before the Ticket Office officially opens. This keeps you ahead of the crowds that may come in later.

What is the last day and night the park is open for the regular season?
For the 2025 Season, the last night for the regular Legend Park Fear Itself Show and the Singleton Wild West Park both close Saturday, November 1st. The Ticket Office opens at 6:30 PM Eastern Time.
However, Legend will be open Friday and Saturday evenings, November 7th and 8th, for their popular Special Event, Brainstorm. Check out Brainstorm here...

What Night is Brainstorm open?
Legend Park's Brainstorm the Zombie Invasion is open 2 nights.

DINING, FOOD & BEVERAGES

Is there Food at Legend Park?
Yes, we do have a fantastic selection of food and beverages every open night.

Is there more than just one or two food selections or options at Legend Park?
Yes, we offer an excellent selection of food, from full meals to fair food. We are proud to offer a large variety of delicious foods. Most of our dining selections are made with the highest quality ingredients.

Can I bring food from home or elsewhere into Legend Park?
No food or beverages, except those purchased at Legend Park, may be brought onto the property. All other food and beverages should remain in your vehicle. Anyone bringing food and drink into the park will be asked to leave without a refund.

Do you offer alcohol?
Yes, we offer both beer and wine (and some tasty combination beverages) at the Tumblweed Tavern in Singletown. You can obtain a complimentary alcohol bracelet at the Ticket Office, which verifies that you are 21 years of age or older. You must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid ID.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Yes, we offer several vegetarian options, as well as some gluten-free options.

Why can't we bring chewing gum to Legend?
Please DO NOT bring chewing gum or chew on the property. At Legend, we have worked diligently for years to maintain the property in its best possible condition. When guests bring gum onto the property, it sometimes ends up on our decorative concrete, on walls, and in other areas that detract from Legend's luster.

Are Food and Beverages allowed inside attractions?
No food or beverages are ever allowed inside the attractions.

Are Alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on the property?
Alcoholic beverages are restricted to defined areas within the Legend Park premises.

TICKETS

Does purchasing tickets online save you money?
Yes. We offer substantial discounts when you purchase tickets online. However, if you are buying tickets online, you must do so at least 6 hours before the evening the tickets will be used.

Is there a transaction fee if I use a credit card?
Yes, there are processing fees for credit card transactions. Find details on the Tickets Page...

Can I distribute coupons to others once I arrive at Legend?
Absolutely not. While it might seem like a nice gesture, it hurts Legend Park, our sales, and the charities we support. Any person or group distributing printed discount coupons to an unaffiliated person or group will be banned from the property. Any remaining tickets that they possess will be surrendered to Legend Park officials.

Does Legend Park offer Group Discounts?
Yes. We offer substantial Group Discounts when tickets are purchased in advance. For Group Discounts, contact us here and explain what you are looking for. Otherwise, you can call 574.256.5656 and ask for Group Sales during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Does Legend Park offer Discounts for Police Officers, Firefighters, or EMS personnel?
Yes. At Legend Park, we always wish to recognize our nation's brave and selfless Police, Firefighters, EMS, and other First Responders. We want to say "thank you for your service," and we also want to honor you by offering discounted combo tickets and general admission tickets. We have increased our discount to you and now offer a special 25% discount to those who serve us daily. Additionally, we offer you up to two extra tickets at a 10% discount. These discounts apply to any Combo Passes, Weekend Passes, Season Passes, General Admission Passes, and Fast Passes. They do not apply to Single Attraction Passes or any other passes not mentioned.

To qualify for this discount, you must purchase your tickets at the Legend Park Ticket Office. You must also present a valid ID. These discounts cannot be combined with other offers. All offers are subject to change.

Does Legend Park offer Discounts for Veterans?
Yes. At Legend Park, we wish to recognize our nation's brave men and women who have served our country. We want to offer you our sincerest thanks for protecting our country. Additionally, we want to honor you by offering discounted combo tickets and general admission tickets. We have increased our discount to you and now offer a special 25% discount to those who serve us daily. Plus, we offer you up to two extra tickets at a 10% discount. These discounts apply to any Combo Passes, Weekend Passes, Season Passes, General Admission Passes, and Fast Passes. They do not apply to Single Attraction Passes or any other passes not mentioned.

ATTRACTIONS

Are the attractions time-stamped, or are there specific times we need to go through them?
No. You can visit attractions in the order that you prefer; however, our Guest Services Representatives often suggest attractions with shorter wait times.

Is it possible to make it through all of the attractions in one evening?
That depends on several factors. If you like to be leisurely and take in the atmosphere and events, it will obviously take extra time to get through all the attractions. Most people enjoy dining with us, which takes a little time to do so. Many enjoy having a cold beer or glass of wine. Legend Park also offers Challenge and Midway Games, Shows, a variety of Entertainment, as well as many fun-filled Activities that you will most likely not want to miss.
Our recommendation is to see everything and still leisurely enjoy your time at Legend...

• Consider Fast Passes
• Consider a 2-Day or Weekend Pass
• Purchase an Annual Pass

If we can't visit all the attractions, can we return another time and use any unused tickets?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. We try to monitor the number of attendees who will attend each night, so we limit Combo Passes to the same evening. However, we will do everything possible to help you see as many attractions as possible.

Are attractions ever closed?
Most attractions are open each night. However, an attraction may occasionally be closed due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen reasons. If that happens, we often try to offer guests with Combo Passes an alternative option (even if it's a second visit to their favorite attraction). This is a good customer service policy.

Do I get a refund or a rain check if attractions are closed?
The short answer is that we do not offer Rain Checks or Discounts. However, in an instance where an attraction may be closed due to weather, technical issues, or other reasons, we often try to offer guests with Combo Passes an alternative option (even if it's a second visit to their favorite attraction). We like happy guests!

Are these attractions dangerous?
At Legend, we prioritize safety above all else. Are the attractions more dangerous than staying home in bed? Probably. However, we go to great lengths to ensure our attractions are safe for you and your family. We comply with and often exceed local, state, and federal regulations. We post warnings on this site and on the property to inform guests of safety concerns and regulations.

These are essential issues to be aware of before you purchase a ticket to Legend Park or any other entertainment venue.
BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS!
Please Read Carefully
When entering attractions, you may very well experience extreme conditions, including loud audio, bright lighting, strobe lighting effects, extreme low lighting, fog, and other effects produced by commercial fog machines. You may encounter uneven walking areas, tight spaces, vibrating and moving floors, wet areas, and physically demanding environments. You may also experience scares, sudden movement, and/or screaming. Actors may touch, grab, hold, or slime you. Some of these attractions are considered “dark attractions,” whether inside or outside. If you are pregnant, have back issues, suffer from asthma, or heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have severe claustrophobia, have physical limitations, have respiratory problems, or have any form of mental conditions... do not enter these attractions!

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS OR ENTER THESE ATTRACTIONS IF:
You are intoxicated.
You are taking medication or using drugs (prescribed or otherwise).
You are wearing a cast, or medical device, are using crutches, or have other physical limitations.
You suffer from Asthma, Seizures, or Respiratory Disease.
You have a Heart Condition.

Basically, if you have concerns about any Mental or Physical Condition, DO NOT ENTER THESE ATTRACTIONS.

RAIN CHECKS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. There are NO RAIN DATES, Cancellations, or Refunds. There are NO REFUNDS/NO RAIN DATES for any reason.

ATTIRE

Can I wear whatever I want?
We suggest you dress comfortably and wear good walking shoes
Check the local weather report before you leave for Legend and then dress appropriately. It is best to be prepared for extreme cold or hot temperatures.
Shirts must be worn at all times.
Legend Park strives to produce a family-oriented environment. We ask you to use discretion and common sense to help us do so.

Is there attire or a lack of attire that is restricted?
You cannot wear high heels or open-toe shoes.
We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests.
Costumes and masks are not allowed for guests over 15 years of age unless approved by a Legend Park manager prior to ticket purchase.
Excessively torn clothing
Clothing that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
Clothing that touches or drags on the ground
Clothing with multiple layers is subject to search upon entry

GENERAL RULES & INFORMATION

Do you ever refuse admission to anyone?
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. We reserve the right to remove anyone who we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs from the premises without a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who displays illicit or unacceptable behavior, including harassment or demeaning other guests or cast members.

We recommend arriving at the park before the Ticket Office officially opens. This keeps you ahead of the crowds that may come in later. On some occasions, an attraction (or multiple attractions) may be closed due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. There are no reductions in ticket fees or refunds in those cases.

Some attractions may be closed due to inclement weather, technical issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, there are no discounts or refunds for Combo Passes.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. We reserve the right to remove anyone who we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs from the premises without a refund.

RULES THAT WE WILL STRICTLY ENFORCE
There are no guns, knives, or other weapons of any type allowed on this property. That includes off-duty law enforcement professionals.

Smoking is in designated areas only. If you have questions about those areas, please ask a staff member.

If you are intoxicated, you may be removed from the premises without a refund.

Anyone displaying illicit or what we deem to be unacceptable behavior (including harassing staff and or other guests) will be removed from the premises without refund.

Photography and video recording are not permitted inside the indoor or outdoor attractions. You may, however, take photos outside of the attractions, and there are several designated "Photo Ops Areas."
All recording devices must be turned off before entering an attraction. If you are caught recording or taking photos, you agree to surrender recording devices (as part of your entry into the park), and we reserve the right to confiscate these devices.

There is no running, pushing, or illicit behavior inside any attractions.

RIGHT AND RELEASE:
AS A CONDITION OF PURCHASING YOUR TICKET, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
You agree to give Singleton's Legend, LLC, dba Legend Park, your permission and grant them full rights to take pictures, video, and or audio recordings of you while on Legend Park property.
You give Legend Park and its affiliates the sole right to use these images as they see fit, as part of your agreement when purchasing your ticket or upon admittance.

You understand and agree that you authorize Legend Park personnel to remove you from the property, without a refund, if any of the stated rules are not followed.

You agree there are NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS, or RAIN CHECKS.

You further agree to enter this property and these attractions at YOUR OWN RISK! Ticket purchasers and holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation on this property and in these attractions.

IMPORTANT:
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon violation of the rules. In consideration and acceptance of entrance onto this property the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and volunteers from: any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location
