HOW HIRING WORKS
The majority of our cast are volunteers. There are some paid positions. For details, contact us

Apply Online: Tell us your top 2–3 roles, availability, and any experience (none required).
Audition/Interview: Performers may prepare 30–60 seconds; operations roles have a brief interview.
Train & Onboard: Role-specific training, safety walkthroughs, first-night rehearsal.

Minimum age and requirements vary by role and shift. Eligibility, schedules, and perks are confirmed during hiring.
